19. What Content Editors Cannot Edit
Most annual content can be managed directly through Strapi. The following items are intentionally outside the Content Editor workflow and require development or administrator support.
Annual pattern assets
The annual pattern cannot be uploaded or replaced by Content Editors. For each new edition, prepare both a light and a dark version of the pattern as SVG files and provide them to the development team so they can be added to the website and exposed through the CMS controls.
Footer logos
Footer logos cannot be replaced directly by Content Editors. If a footer logo needs to change, provide the updated logo to the development team in SVG format.
CMS users and roles
Content Editors cannot add or remove CMS users or change administrator roles. User creation, removal and role configuration must be handled by an administrator, with role definitions and permissions set by the development team.
