The website has been delivered as a completed design and CMS framework using placeholder and sample content. Before public use, the Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. (G&B) team and its appointed event marketing partner must review and approve the content and assets that will appear on the live website.
Content review
All text, dates, names, links and other information currently entered on the website must be checked, replaced where necessary and approved before publication. Placeholder content is provided only to demonstrate the website structure and layouts.
Images, video and other media
The client and its partners are responsible for uploading only images, video, logos and other media for which they hold the required usage rights, licences, permissions and approvals.
Policies and RSVP data
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving the Privacy Policy, Legal Disclaimer, Terms and Conditions where applicable, and any other policy content. The client must also confirm how personal data collected through the RSVP form is used, stored, retained and processed, and ensure that the website policies, consent language and notices communicate these practices accurately to end users.
Responsibility after handover
Cocomo Studio has designed and developed the website framework and CMS implementation. Cocomo Studio is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, rights clearance or regulatory compliance of content supplied, approved or published by the client or its partners. The code and CMS are handed over in their delivered state. Cocomo Studio is not responsible for defects, security issues or breakages introduced by code, configuration, infrastructure or content changes made after handover by third parties, unless covered by a separate written support or maintenance agreement.
